Intensified CCD (ICCD) consists of a high performance image intensifier and a black & white CCD of CCIR type, which is coupled by fiber plate and taper directly. Compared with indirect coupling (optical lecs combination), it has less attenuation of photon communicaion, less geometry distortion, sumaller dirmension and other advantages. ICCD applies widely in long distance low-light-lecel TV system, surveillant and observation system,X-ray image system, night vision driving device for light vehicies, long-distance missile fire-control system, etc, in the fields of army, public security, forntier defense, custom and navigation, etc.
ICCD adopts high performance image intensifier 1XZ18/18WHS(CNT-4 tech ) and 1/2" CCD (CCIR) or other type of CCDappointed by customers. The resolution, spectrum response and operation temperature of ICDD is decided correspondingly by Image intensifier resolution together, photocathode of image intensifier and CCD video camera. |
